Theresa keeps a large flock of laying hens that free range and forage all over the farm during the day, and are also fed a standard ration with no antibiotics or hormones (Kent Home Fresh 27 Poultry).  The hens are of various breeds producing both brown and white eggs.  The eggs are delicious and highly nutritious, with yolks that are firm and upright with a rich orange color that tells you they are packed full of goodness.
